CP of Chandannagar police commissionerate Dr Humayun Kabir IPS addressed the press conference with 3 arrested Supari Killers involved in dreaded murder case of TMC leader Dilip Ram in Bandel .The arrested persons were Tipper -Mahs Nasim (Guddu), Baijnath Roy (Head A) and Mangal Yadav. Earlier, two people were arrested. So three people were arrested in this case. From these three criminals, recovered two pipeguns, four 4mm pistols, four life cartridges, three 3mm cartridges and one empty cartridge. The cell phone associated with the murder was also recovered. After investigating the incident, the police found out that ASI Uttal Gupta had reported the news to Shakuntala Devi, the mastermind of the murder. That ASI has been suspended. Dilip Ram, a former chief of the Bandel village panchayat, was shot dead on the railway line in front of Bendel Station on 28th June morning. After the incident, the BJP was charged with the murder. Police arrested Sanjay Mishra and Arjun Singh before they came under investigation. However, the woman named Shakuntala Devi alias Samundi Yadav, the master of the incident, is still lying. After asking the victims, the police learned that Dilip had come to Shakuntala Devi’s Kunjar to mediate in a land dispute at Bandel. Relatively, Dilip Ram mediated the land dispute and the land was left to Shakuntala. That is why Shakuntala is the cause of anger over Dilip. Shakuntala is alleged to have murdered Dilip with Supari killer from that outrage. However, Nitu Singh, the panchayat chief of the bandel, is still convinced that the BJP is involved in the murder of her husband. Although the BJP is not involved in the incident, it is not yet blown away by the Commissioner of the Chandnanagar Police Commissioner Humayun Kabir. Twenty dreaded criminal arrested by the police with one 7 mm pistol , 2 pipeguns and 11 round the bullets has been seized by the police.Most intriguing part is that one DD Deptt Sub Inspector Utpal Gupta has been suspended on charges of spying in favour of Murderers who are involved in Murder of Dilip Ram. Chandannagar Police commissionerate Special team lead by the CP Dr, Humayun Kabir, DCP Chandanagar Dr K Kannan, ACP I Jaspreet Singh , ACP DD Ghulam Sarovar succeeded to made this potential hardway in the sentational murder case of TMC leader of Bandel Dilip Ram.
