Kolkata : Barbeque Nation, India’s leading casual dining restaurant chain, announced the launch of its 168th outlet in the city Kolkata. Spread over an area of 4500 square feet, the grand new outlet is located Rajdanga Main Rd 4th floor Acropolis Mall, Sector 1, 1858/1, East Kolkata Township, Kolkata, West Bengal 700107
The restaurant was inaugurated by NGO Kids of “The Refuge”. Foodies in Kolkata now stand a chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non–vegetarian barbeques on the tables at the restaurant. Barbeque Nation’s has overall 168th outlet and can serve over 120 guests in one sitting. The restaurant has been carefully designed and decorated keeping in mind the heritage and ethos of the Barbeque Nation brand.
Barbeque Nation, pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. The restaurant indeed offers a pre-fixed menu with a fixed price. The menu is drawn from Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and Indian cuisines. Customers can grill starters in a range of marinades and sauces and enjoy them right off the skewers, at their own tables. Apart from offering a scrumptious , palatable menu, the ambience is resplendent and the restaurant follows a theme that radiates a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere, with sizzling skewers on tables that double as live kitchen.
The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation sees a plethora of dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian spreads. The main course section for non-vegetarians include CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI, RAJASTHANI LAAL MAAS, DUM KA MURGH while vegetarians can indulge in PANEER BUTTER MASALA, METHI MATAR MALAI, DAL-E-DUM, VEG DUM BIRYANI.
