Kolkata : Childhood’s alluring and enchanting recollections and unique moments are indeed incalculable and inestimable in our lives. Such memories are those possessions which is indelible.
But are all childhoods sweet? Or does childhood come with agony , angst helplessness, and
menacing?
Produced by Nabanita & Shibaprasad Bhattacharjee, “SHOISHOB” is 2nd presentation of Nitu
Film Production. In this film, Directors Shibu & D. Mukherjee strive ir put endeavpour to convey a realistic social statement around such childhood.
Childhood of a remote village is somewhat connected to the childhood spent in a modern
city. Despite the differences in setting, both environments have a dark cloud of peril
hanging over them.

Who is responsible for such childhood?
Environment or Society?
Are we parents or our family?
“SHOISHOB” is a film made of two stories.
Mainly the story progresses with child artists.
It is not really a story, but a piece of reality, grim truth. Come to your nearest cinema hall to look back at & experience the innocence of childhood,
to find out who are responsible for such childhood.
Nonprofit organisation TRUE LIGHT WELFARE FOUNDATION has to put an effort to spread the
social message of SHOISHOB to everyone through a variety of social media & PR initiatives.
Producers Nabanita & Shibprasad will donate a significant amount of film’s earnings towards the development in remote villages.
Before the release of the film, Nitu Film Production & True Light have jointly already started
working on such initiatives.

Composed by Music Director Sanjib Das(Tutu), popular singer Rupankar and folk singer
Tirtha have sung for this film.
Its one of the best features are the two songs.
