Aakash Introduces Study Material in Bengali for NEET (UG) Aspirants

Kolkata : Aakash, the national leader in preparing students for Medical and Engineering Entrance Exams, has taken a significant step forward by launching study material in Bengali for NEET(UG) aspirants in West Bengal.
At the launch event held at Aakash South Kolkata Centre today, the heads of the Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology departments, along with other senior faculty members involved in the project, unveiled the study material in Bengali.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Nabin Kaarki, National Academic Director of the NEET Division, stated, “Students have long demanded appropriate study material in Bengali from a national brand, as a significant number of NEET(UG) aspirants in West Bengal prefer to write the exam in Bengali. Aakash, a pioneer since 1988, has taken this initiative seriously. After exhaustive work by our expert team for over a year, we have made it possible. I am confident that this content will meet the needs of vernacular students and contribute significantly to their preparation.”
In 2023, 1,04,923 students registered for NEET(UG) from West Bengal, out of which 43,890 students opted for Bengali as their medium. The statistics from NEET(UG) 2019 to 2023 clearly indicate a growing interest among students in writing the exam in Bengali. This initiative by Aakash is the first of its kind by any national-level institute and is expected to directly benefit Bengali-speaking students.
