Fortis Hospital Anandapur Organized A Mental Health Session For Dialysis Patients And Their Caregivers

Kolkata : On the occasion of World Kidney Day, Fortis Hospital Anandapur facilitated a ‘Mental Health Session’ for dialysis patients and their caretakers. The session was designed address the mental and emotional hurdles commonly encountered by individuals with kidney ailments as well as their caregivers.
The session was held in the presence of Dr. Upal Sengupta, Consultant, Nephrology, Fortis Hospital Anandapur, Kolkata and Dr. Sanjay Garg, Consultant, Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, Fortis Hospital Anandapur, Kolkata. The doctors shared approaches and suggested activities to help individuals manage the psychological impacts of living with kidney disease, with a focus on mental health and overall wellbeing.
