Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Inaugurates 6th Global Exhibition of Services
New Delhi : The 6th edition of the Global Exhibition on Services, GES 2023, is set to kick off on November 14th, showcasing India’s service sector prowess. This significant event, organized by the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) under the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, will run from November 14th to 16th, 2023, at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, will inaugurate GES 2023, aligning with India’s ongoing G20 Presidency events. Themed “India Serves,” this exhibition will host Chief Ministers, Senior Cabinet Ministers, Policy Makers, CEOs of Indian & Global Multinationals, Thought Leaders, Industry Titans, and Innovators. It will also draw hundreds of international buyers from various sectors of the global services industry.
With over 500 exhibitors and 800+ overseas business guests, GES 2023 aims to foster bilateral and multi-lateral trade in services from India. An exclusive initiative titled ‘Atithi’ will spotlight Medical Value Tourism in India, featuring 250+ business visitors, 100+ Indian Medical Tourism companies, and 200+ knowledge sessions by international speakers.
Mr. Abhay Sinha, Director General of Services Export Promotion Council, emphasized, “GES 2023 is a platform to showcase India’s capabilities and forge global partnerships in various sectors, including IT, healthcare, finance, and hospitality. It underscores our commitment to international collaborations while highlighting the potential of our services industry.”
